Terms & Conditions:

• All prices listed are for self-collection and self-return only.
• The rental fee mentioned is for a standard rental period of up to 3 days.
  i.e. You collect the items on Friday, use them for your event on Saturday, and return them by Sunday at the latest.
• All items must be picked up and returned to our office at 65 Ubi Road 1, Singapore 408729. 
• After receiving your order payment, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your pick-up and return schedule.
• PLEASE NOTE: On the day of self-collection, you will need to provide a security deposit that is double the rental amount
  i.e. If you paid $200 for your rental order on our website, when you come to our office for collection, please ensure all items are in good condition, and then provide us with a security deposit of $200. This deposit will be refunded to you when you return all rented items on time and in satisfactory condition (nothing missing, damaged, or stained).
• Props will be carefully arranged in a box (around 70cm x 50cm x 50cm) that should fit comfortably in the backseat of a sedan. Please plan and prepare your transportation accordingly.
